Chema is a media creator and M.F.A. student living in Bozeman, Montana. His mission is to convey the transformative power of the wilderness to create emotional connections between people and the natural world and thus facilitate the protection of our wild places. Chema’s work in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem has been featured in Outdoor Photographer Magazine. More recently, his work on the Standing Rock fight against the Dakota Access Pipeline was the leading piece for Sage Magazine.
Chema is currently enrolled in the Science and Natural History Filmmaking Program at Montana State.
